What I do is pretty simple; at least that's how I make it for my clients. I work with many first time buyers who prefer a no pressure approach.  A lot of my business is done in Toronto and the surrounding GTA.  It involves residential homes, condos, new developments and investment properties.  No matter what type of buyer you are my services are free!   (Typically the seller pays the commission.)

Likes: architecture, negotiating, quality work, urban art, jazz blues.
Dislikes: high pressure sales tactics, false promises, being rushed, bad design.
