Aside from the standard Ontario Real Estate Association courses all agents must take, I’ve also furthered my education by earning the Accredited Buyer Representative designation.
This is particularly helpful when looking for a sales person that can represent your interests as a buyer. These three letters tell you that as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), you will be working with a buyer representative
who is committed to your best interests. The ABR Designation is awarded by REBAC to those realtors who have met the specific educational and experience criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC. Regularly, I attend real estate educational courses to keep me up to date with the ever changing market.
Although I’ve done a lot of residential home sales throughout Toronto and the GTA, my true passion is working in the downtown condo market. I spend a lot of time in and out of various condos and lofts, so if you're ready to buy or sell, I’m ready to help. If your plans are more long term, check out my Blog for the latest on new preconstruction projects.
